Penalty shots and conversions

The player kicks the ball from a station tee on the ground towards the goal posts. The ball must pass above the cross beam between the uprights. This kick can produce three points for a penalty and two for a try conversion.

Torpedo

This is the grandfather of all kicks. The player strikes the ball by dropping on the side causing it spin on its side rather than end over end in a traditional punt. The kick can achieve the longest distance of all kicks but is much harder than the standard punt.
